Start with your task
Tell us what your team needs to achieve, your location and the environment where the equipment would work. Useful details include the items to move or handle, expected workflow, access constraints and any existing systems. We can then discuss whether a suitable equipment option may be available and what is needed for a proposal.
Agree the scope before committing
Pricing, availability, lead times and delivery locations are confirmed for the proposed equipment and project. The website does not promise stock availability or a fixed delivery time.
A written proposal should make the following clear:
- The equipment, configuration, operating limits and agreed acceptance criteria.
- Total price, GST, payment terms and any exclusions.
- Freight, import arrangements where relevant, site preparation and delivery responsibilities.
- Installation, commissioning, integration and operator training.
- Software licences, subscriptions, connectivity, cloud features and ongoing charges.
- Maintenance, spare parts, support arrangements and any voluntary warranty.
Availability of these items depends on the equipment and agreement. Ask us to clarify anything that is important to your operation before accepting a proposal.
Prepare the workplace
Deployment needs a project-specific assessment of people, routes, loads, moving parts, power, connectivity, cleaning, guarding, emergency controls and maintenance access. Relevant duty holders must address applicable requirements and arrange appropriate instruction, training and supervision.
Hospitality, healthcare logistics, industrial and farm settings have different constraints. Suitability and operating limits must be checked for the particular equipment and location.
Support and product concerns
Maintenance, spare parts, software updates and service arrangements depend on the equipment and written agreement. Confirm these before purchase.
For a concern about equipment supplied by us, email info@galileirobotics.com.au with your order details, product identification and a description of the issue. Do not send passwords or sensitive personal information. Avoid operating equipment that appears unsafe and follow the manufacturer’s safe shutdown and isolation instructions.
Any voluntary warranty is additional to applicable statutory rights. Australian Consumer Law rights are not limited to a manufacturer’s warranty period. The appropriate remedy depends on the circumstances and applicable law; nothing on this page excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Optional service arrangements
Any optional maintenance plan, spare-parts arrangement, software-update service or support commitment will be set out in the written proposal for the selected equipment. Your rights under applicable law remain separate from those optional arrangements.
