Who handles your information
Galilei Commerce Group Pty Ltd operates this website under the Galilei Robotics brand. For privacy questions, access or correction requests, or complaints, contact our Privacy Contact at info@galileirobotics.com.au.
Correspondence address: Suite 2, 26–32 Marsh Street, Wolli Creek NSW 2205, Australia.
What we collect
The enquiry form asks for your name or pseudonym, email address, application of interest, state or territory, and project message. Organisation is optional. We also collect correspondence you send directly. Please do not include patient records, health information, identity documents, passwords or other sensitive information.
Our hosting and security services may record technical information such as your IP address, browser type, requested pages and access times to operate and protect the website.
To limit repeated or automated submissions, a protected security record stores a coded version of your IP address and submission times separately from your enquiry.
The form needs a reply email address. You may use a pseudonym for a general question or contact us by post without identifying yourself. This may limit how specifically we can respond.
How information is used
We use enquiry information to respond, assess your requirements, prepare proposals and manage our business relationship. We use technical information for website operation and security. We may also use or disclose information where required or permitted by law.
Authorised personnel and providers of hosting, email, IT security and professional advice may access information where needed for their work. We do not sell enquiry contact lists or add you to a marketing mailing list because you contacted us.
If a prospective equipment supplier needs identifiable or confidential project information, we will discuss that sharing with you before it occurs.
Storage, security and overseas processing
Enquiry information is held in our business email, correspondence and service-provider systems. We take reasonable steps appropriate to the information to protect it. No online service can promise absolute security.
We use SiteGround for website hosting and website enquiry delivery, and Google Workspace for business email. SiteGround forwarding also relays website messages to our Google Workspace inbox. These services can involve overseas storage, backups, support and other processing. SiteGround’s published arrangements include the European Union/EEA, the United Kingdom, Asia and the United States; its hosting guidance identifies Singapore as the backup location for Sydney hosting. The locations involved depend on the service. See SiteGround’s hosting locations and privacy policy. We remain your contact for questions, requests and complaints about enquiry information.
We keep information while reasonably needed for the purpose collected and applicable record-keeping obligations. When it is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete it or remove information that identifies you.
A simpler website
We do not use third-party advertising, visitor analytics, tracking pixels or embedded social-media feeds. We do not add advertising or analytics cookies. Ordinary hosting and security logs may still be generated when you visit. If you pause motion on this site, that preference is kept in your own browser only.
If a contact action opens your email application, your message is sent only when you send it there. External websites linked from this site have their own privacy practices.
Access, corrections and concerns
Email our Privacy Contact if you would like access to, or correction of, personal information we hold about you, or if you have a concern about its handling. Tell us enough to identify the information or issue. We may need to verify your identity before providing information.
We will consider your request or complaint and respond within a reasonable time. If more time is needed, we will explain why. If you remain dissatisfied, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner can explain the complaint options available and its jurisdiction.
We may update this policy as the business and website develop. The current version and date will appear on this page.
