Our business
This website is operated by Galilei Commerce Group Pty Ltd under the Galilei Robotics brand. Contact us at info@galileirobotics.com.au.
Correspondence address: Suite 2, 26–32 Marsh Street, Wolli Creek NSW 2205, Australia.
Applications and website information
Our industry examples are starting points for discussion with Australian businesses. Equipment selection depends on the task, operating environment, integration, safety and regulatory requirements.
Illustrations and concept drawings do not establish the specification, availability or performance of a product offered for sale. We aim to keep information accurate and may update it as our offering develops. Confirm the current specification, inclusions, price and availability in a written proposal before deciding to proceed.
Performance or savings estimates require stated assumptions and a project-specific assessment. This website does not promise a particular business result.
Enquiries, quotes and agreements
Sending an enquiry does not place an order or commit either party to buy or supply equipment. This website is not an online checkout, and website content alone is not a quotation.
A proposed sale or service will be addressed in a separate written quotation or agreement. That document should identify the equipment and scope, total price and applicable taxes, delivery arrangements, installation, training, software charges, support and any voluntary warranty offered. Do not assume an item or service is included unless it is confirmed.
A proposal will explain how it may be accepted and any conditions that apply. These website terms do not change an existing signed agreement.
Suitability and safe deployment
Robotics must be assessed for the actual workplace. Relevant duty holders need to address applicable safety requirements, risk controls, manufacturer instructions, training, supervision and maintenance. Autonomous and collaborative features do not remove those responsibilities.
Hospitality projects need appropriate food-safety and hygiene controls. Hospital and care examples on this website concern facility operations and logistics; they are not offers of medical diagnosis, treatment or clinical decision-making. Farm and outdoor projects need assessment of terrain, weather, livestock, people and other machinery. Specialised uses may require additional approvals or assessment.
Website descriptions do not replace a site risk assessment or specialist advice. See our delivery and support information for the matters to resolve before a project proceeds.
Safety responsibilities
Each party must meet the safety duties that apply to its role. These can include duties of designers, manufacturers, importers, suppliers, installers and workplace operators. A site assessment, training or supply agreement does not remove those duties.
Responsible use and website material
Use the website lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious material or misuse another person’s information. Provide only information you are entitled to share, and leave confidential drawings, patient data and access credentials out of an initial enquiry.
You may view the website, share a link and keep a copy for internal project assessment. Contact us before reproducing website material commercially. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners; their appearance does not by itself establish a partnership or endorsement.
External links are provided for convenience. The linked provider is responsible for its own content and privacy practices. Our handling of enquiry information is explained in our privacy policy.
Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, remedy or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or another applicable law. Business purchasers may also have Australian Consumer Law rights.
For a concern about this website or equipment or services supplied by us, email info@galileirobotics.com.au with the relevant details so we can consider it.
Updates to these terms
We may revise these terms for future website use. The version displayed when you use the site applies to that use. Changes do not retrospectively alter a separate supply agreement or your non-excludable legal rights.
